2FA methods supported by SailPoint
SailPoint offers the following two-factor authentication options to help protect your account.
SMS
SailPoint can send a one-time verification code to your phone via text message.
Phone call
SailPoint can call your phone and read out a verification code.
SailPoint can deliver a one-time verification code to your email address.
Proprietary app
SailPoint offers its own companion app for approving sign-ins.
Hardware token
SailPoint supports a dedicated hardware token for generating codes.
