Privacy Policy

Overview
The Authenticator App is designed to be private by default. You don't need an account, an email address or a phone number to use it. Your two-factor authentication secrets are stored encrypted on your device.
Data we don't collect
We do not collect, read or store your 2FA secret keys, verification codes, account names or the services you add. If you enable iCloud backup, your vault is encrypted before it leaves your device and is stored in your private iCloud — we cannot access it.
Data we may collect
We may collect anonymous, aggregated diagnostics (such as crash reports and feature usage counts) through Apple's standard frameworks to improve the app. This data cannot be used to identify you and is never sold or shared with advertisers.
Website
Our website does not require sign-in and does not track you across other sites. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent) may be kept for a short period for security and abuse prevention.
