BT offers the following two-factor authentication options to help protect your account.
BT can deliver a one-time verification code to your email address.
SMS
BT can send a one-time verification code to your phone via text message.
2FA can only be enabled via the website.

Does BT support an authenticator app?
No. BT does not currently offer TOTP-based codes, but it does support Email, SMS.
