Adding two-factor authentication is one of the most effective ways to protect your Kaspersky account. With TOTP support, you can generate Kaspersky verification codes directly in the Authenticator App.
Authenticator app (TOTP)
Kaspersky lets you use time-based one-time passwords, so you can generate verification codes in an authenticator app on your device — no network or SMS needed.
SMS
Kaspersky can send a one-time verification code to your phone via text message.
SMS 2FA must be enabled before TOTP 2FA can be set up. SMS 2FA cannot be disabled even when TOTP is enabled.
